Tianjin Jidar Heavy Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jidar) was established in December 2013. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, research and development, and manufacturing of key core components and complete machines for large-scale metallurgical equipment and forging equipment; Little Giant; Pilot enterprises for the application of intellectual property rights in enterprises and national industrial enterprises.

The enterprise currently has over a hundred production, manufacturing, and experimental testing equipment, with a total investment of nearly 200 million yuan. The enterprise stock reform has been completed, and it is the second batch of key cultivated listed enterprise resource pool enterprises in Tianjin (currently 16 in total).

The core products of innovative research and development have been widely used in major national equipment manufacturing fields such as aerospace, high-speed rail, and automobiles. The independently developed intelligent pull rod components for heavy-duty forging equipment have filled the domestic gap and reached the international advanced level. In 2022, it was awarded the first (set) major technical equipment project in the Tianjin Intelligent Manufacturing Special Key Field.

In September 2023, Tianji (Tianjin) Intelligent Technology Development Co., Ltd. was co founded with Tianjin University. The company is located in the core area of Tianjin Tiankai Higher Education Science and Technology Innovation Park and is positioned as a high-end heavy-duty equipment research and design company.

Tianjin Binhai Jidar Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in October 2024. The company is located in the High tech Zone of Tianjin Binhai New Area and is a former state-owned enterprise subsidiary acquired and restructured by Jidar. The company is positioned as an intelligent factory.
