Heavy machinery lubricating oil refers to specialized lubricating oil used for large machinery and equipment such as excavation machinery, loading machinery, lifting machinery, bulldozing and road construction machinery.
Heavy machinery lubricating oil mainly includes four categories and more than ten varieties: specialized diesel turbocharged engine oil for construction machinery, specialized anti-wear hydraulic oil for construction machinery, heavy-duty gear oil, and hydraulic transmission oil.
Heavy machinery lubricating oil is mainly made from lubricating oil fractions and residual oil fractions from crude oil distillation units as raw materials. Through processes such as solvent deasphalting, solvent dewaxing, solvent refining, hydrogenation refining or acid-base refining, clay refining, etc., substances that form free carbon, low viscosity index substances, substances with poor oxidation stability, paraffin, and chemical substances that affect the color of finished oil are removed or reduced to obtain qualified lubricating oil base oil (the difference between hydrogenated base oil and ordinary lubricating oil base oil). After blending and adding additives, it becomes the lubricating oil product for engineering machinery.
