On October 31, 2025, the Shenzhou-21 manned spacecraft was successfully launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center by the Long March-2F Yao-21 carrier rocket.

The Shenzhou-21 mission is the sixth manned flight mission in the application and development stage of China's space station. The main purpose of the mission is to complete in orbit rotation with the Shenzhou 20 crew, stay in the space station for about 6 months, carry out space science and application work, implement astronaut extravehicular activities and cargo entry and exit, carry out tasks such as space debris protection device installation, extravehicular payload and extravehicular facility equipment installation and recovery, carry out science education and public welfare activities, as well as space carrying experiments, and continuously exert the comprehensive application benefits of the space station.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology strengthens policy guidance to ensure the compatibility and sharing of manned spaceflight projects with other radio service systems, actively carries out international coordination, and promotes the successful inclusion of frequency orbit resources of spacecraft such as Shenzhou manned spacecraft, cargo spacecraft, space stations, and space laboratories in the International Telecommunication Union frequency table, providing strong support for the smooth implementation of manned spaceflight projects in terms of frequency orbit resources.
