Professor Huang Haijun from Beihang University conducted a comparative analysis of commission contracts and subscription contracts in the ride hailing market, and found that subscription contracts can continue to benefit passengers and achieve a win-win situation for both platforms and drivers under mild conditions. This reveals the inherent logic of commission contracts prevailing on large platforms and subscription contracts being more preferred by new entrants. Professor Wu Junjie from Beihang University has designed the recommendation system ArcRec based on prospect theory and data-driven learning of reference point dependent consumer choice behavior, providing a new paradigm for AI driven accurate recommendation. Professor Guan Xu from Huazhong University of Science and Technology discussed how companies can combine quality verification with consumer reviews to influence product quality perception. He pointed out that the greater the deviation in reviews, the more companies tend to adopt pre release verification. Professor Tan Yuejin from the National University of Defense Technology used satellite intelligent task planning as a starting point to systematically summarize methods and technologies such as demand mining, resource modeling, and solving algorithms, and explained the universality of this method in system optimization problems such as port scheduling and medical resource optimization. Fudan University professor Tian Lin focuses on the evaluation challenges brought about by the intangibility of data, proposing that maintaining the uncertainty of buyers' value of data may actually benefit both buyers and sellers. The high-level thematic report fully reflects the profound academic accumulation, cutting-edge research perspective, and clear problem orientation of the attending experts in the field of intelligent decision-making and gaming, demonstrating the broad prospects of related research services for the development of digital economy and intelligent manufacturing.

The conference established 10 thematic sub forums covering areas such as human-machine collaboration, emergency management, digital economy, and supply chain operations, with over a hundred scholars reporting their research results. During the conference, journal editor exchange activities were also organized. The editors in chief and editorial department directors of journals such as Operations Research and Management and Systems Science and Mathematics had in-depth exchanges with the attending representatives on the review process and paper topic selection.
