2024 On January 6th of the year, Tianjin Jidar Heavy Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. held the "Riding the Tide, Changing, Advancing and Sharing" -2023 Work Summary and 2024 Work Deployment Conference. The board of directors, general office, and various departments of the company attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Li Shangjie announced the appointment documents of the senior management and issued a letter of appointment. Wu Liguo, the secretary of the enterprise party branch and general manager, announced the appointment documents for middle-level and grassroots cadres and made the company's annual work report.

At the meeting, leaders at all levels reported their work in conjunction with the work for 2023, highlighting achievements, discussing problems, and making plans. They summarized the work achievements of the past year and also deeply analyzed the existing shortcomings, reporting on the work ideas for 2024.


Some employee representatives talked about their achievements, identified problems, and discussed measures related to their work in 2023. At the end of the meeting, Chairman Li Shangjie delivered an important speech. The direction of improvement work was clear, achieving a good effect of identifying gaps, filling gaps, clarifying ideas, and gathering strength.
Regarding the work in 2024, the chairman first posed three questions to everyone under the title of "Where is the way to ask": How should I do it? How are you doing? Why are we doing this? And elaborated on the main work of myself as the chairman of the company in 2024 from three aspects: employee team building, development space expansion, and overall development control.
Then, based on the development concept of "riding the tide and sharing together", we analyzed in detail the external and internal "trends" that the company is currently facing, as well as the standards for the company to undergo "butterfly changes". We hope that everyone can work together and make progress to adapt to and even control the "trends" they are facing, so that the company can grow into an ideal state of "butterfly changes" and enjoy the dividends brought by the company's development together.
